Mods: shortcut command line:

"..\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\WolfSP.exe" +set fs_game [mod folder name]

Example:

"C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\WolfSP.exe" +set fs_game pro51

Maps: shortcut command line:

"..\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\WolfSP.exe" +set fs_game [map folder name] +set nextmap "spdevmap [first map name]"

Example:

"C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\WolfSP.exe" +set fs_game W3D +set nextmap "spdevmap w3d"

Note that many Return to Castle Wolfenstein maps are shipped with batch files. In these cases you can create a shortcut directly to the batch file and this will start the mod.
